Memberships are advertised everywhere on the property while you’re waiting in line. I decided to buy one because the wash is $16 and the membership is only a little more, so it made sense. When I got to the attendant, I was told I had to sign up online. The problem is there doesn’t appear to be a working online signup for this location, and the website just sends you in circles. If memberships aren’t available, that’s fine… just be honest about it. Don’t advertise them everywhere and then send customers to a website that doesn’t work….

usually a good experience but they charged me for the most expensive when i said twice that i wanted deluxe. his argument was my car was too dirty for the deluxe but it was the same exact wash as the deluxe so i’m confused.

Worst car wash I ever had. Hardley any wash going on at all. Didn't get car clean. When I went to vacuum guy tells me they are closing. Then he said 5 minutes. They took my money for the lousy wash and wasn't gonna let me vacuum. This car wash sucks on all levels

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. On Thursday, they broke a piece off my car and initially tried to claim that the car came in like that. I knew that wasn't the case because the missing piece was a cover with a sensor behind it, and the sensor only started ringing after I left the car wash. When I confronted them, they claimed they couldn't find the broken piece. I asked to see the security footage, but they said the cameras weren't working and that they had to wait for Google to send it to them. This excuse was clearly a stalling tactic. By Sunday, they miraculously "found" the piece and attempted to fix it with super glue. When I returned on Tuesday, the glue was still wet, and they blatantly denied having used it, despite clear evidence to the contrary. They tried to blame it on me . However, the glue was still sticky when I touched it. I pointed out that if I had used super glue, it wouldn't still be wet six days later. Eventually, they ordered the proper piece and just got it fixed, but this only happened after all the arguments and my insistence on getting the issue resolved. This place is incredibly dishonest and unprofessional. They tried to lie at every step

I took my car there for a wash and interior detail last week. The car is like brand new inside and very clean on the outside. They are very reasonably priced vs other shops. Excellent and friendly service! Highly recommend!
